DBS Group means DBS Bank Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, branches and related companies.
Distribution Company means a distribution company as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 164 of the Massachusetts General Laws.3
Group means a “group” as that term is used in Section 13(d) of the 1934 Act and as defined in Rule 13d-5 thereunder.
Community Contribution Company means a corporation formed under the laws of British Columbia that includes in its articles the following statement:
SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.
Management Group means the group consisting of the directors, executive officers and other management personnel of the Borrower, Holdings or any Parent Entity, as the case may be, on the Closing Date together with (a) any new directors whose election by such boards of directors or whose nomination for election by the shareholders of the Borrower, Holdings or any Parent Entity, as the case may be, was approved by a vote of a majority of the directors of the Borrower, Holdings or any Parent Entity, as the case may be, then still in office who were either directors on the Closing Date or whose election or nomination was previously so approved and (b) executive officers and other management personnel of the Borrower, Holdings or any Parent Entity, as the case may be, hired at a time when the directors on the Closing Date together with the directors so approved constituted a majority of the directors of the Borrower or Holdings, as the case may be.
Horizon means a zone of a particular formation; that part of a formation of sufficient porosity and permeability to form a petroleum reservoir.
HSBC Group means HSBC Holdings plc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, associated entities and any of their branches and offices (together or individually), and “member of the HSBC Group” has the same meaning.
Founding Companies has the meaning set forth in the third recital of this Agreement.
Asset Management Plan means a strategic document that states how a group of assets are to be managed over a period of time. The plan describes the characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of service expected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, and financing strategies to implement the planned actions. The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.
Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;
Insurance holding company system means a group of two or more affiliated persons, at least one of whom is an insurer.
Atlantic has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
Local Distribution Company means a company that owns and/or operates the equipment and facilities for distributing natural gas or electric energy within a local region and delivers it to end-user customers.
Service Group means any one or more (as the context may require) of the service groups described in this Schedule;
Mortgage Group Either of Group One or Group Two.
Savings and Loan Holding Company means a company registered as such with the Office of Thrift Supervision pursuant to 12 U.S.C. §1467a(b) and the regulations of the Office of Thrift Supervision promulgated thereunder.
ITT means this Invitation to Tender including, but not limited to: Part A – Instructions to Tenderers; Part B – General Conditions; Part C – Special Conditions; Part D – Requirements; Part E – Tender Form; Appendix 1 – Certificate of Existing Insurance; Appendix 2 – Certificate of Insurance; Appendix 3 – Detailed Equipment Specifications and Compliance Matrix and any additional attachments listed in the Table of Contents; and any amendments, addenda, and/or clarifications pertaining to this ITT that may be issued prior to the Closing Time;
AIG means American International Group, Inc.
Participating Companies means any insurance company (including Insurance Company) that offers variable annuity and/or variable life insurance contracts to the public and that has entered into an agreement with one or more of the Funds.
Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.
Structured group means a group that is not randomly formed for the immediate commission of an offence and that does not need to have formally defined roles for its members, continuity of its membership or a developed structure;
Distributor / Distribution Company means Company(ies), Firm(s), Sole Proprietorship concern(s), individual(s), Banks or any other Financial Institution appointed by the Management Company under intimation to the Trustee for performing any or all of the Distribution Functions and who are registered with MUFAP as Registered Service Providers. The Management Company may itself also performs the Distribution Function.
Corporate Group means the Corporation and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.

Advisory Group has the meaning set forth in Section 9.5(b).
